The Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) and the Mecca Center invite you to attend a free community health fair on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 1pm to 4pm at Anne M. Jeans Elementary School (16W631 91st, Willowbrook, IL 605627).
Activities will include free screenings of blood sugar, lung function, blood pressure, dental health, body mass and nutrition, mental health, joint pain therapy, and more. In addition, more doctors and pediatricians will be available on site to answer all health concerns and perform lab testing.
The Community Health Fair is a great opportunity to be medically screened at no cost. The event will also offer fun games for children and refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there!
