Women’s Workouts are being offered two days a week during Fall 2019!

Women’s Bootcamp begins for six weeks every Sunday starting October 27, 2019 from 10am to 11am. This program is led by a professional instructor and equipment includes: battle rope, kettlebell, dumbbells, plyometrics, medicine ball, resistance bands, and much more. For Sunday’s Bootcamp, please register at bit.ly/FALL19BOOTCAMP. The cost is $60 for the 6 week session.

Women’s Yoga & Pilates begins for six weeks every Thursday starting October 31, 2019 from 8:15pm to 9:15pm. This program is led by a professional instructor. For Women’s Yoga & Pilates, please register at bit.ly/FALL19YOGA. The cost is $60 for the 6 week session.

You can also register for both the Women’s Bootcamp and Women’s Yoga & Pilates (Sundays and Thursdays) beginning for six weeks every Sunday and Thursday starting October 27, 2019. These programs are led by a professional instructor. To register for both days, please visit bit.ly/FALL19BOTH. The cost is $100 for both 6 week sessions.

These programs are held at The Mecca Center, 16W560 91st St., Willowbrook, Illinois.

All participants must complete the Women’s Workout Waiver online.
