As-Salamu ‘Alaikum Warahmatu Allah Wabarakatuh,

In the authentic narration, our beloved messenger Muhammad (pbuh) said: “He does not show gratitude to Allah, who does not show gratitude to people.”

Alhamdulillah, this past Sunday, we had a great Eid celebration event for our community. Over 800 people attended including adults and children. In general, everyone had a good time, especially our beautiful and brilliant children who were enjoying the bouncy castles and pony rides. Sunday School students were able to use the bouncy castles during their break as well! 🙂

The feedback and responses we have received have been very positive, with some nice advice for improvement next time, insha’Allah.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our planning committee, Mecca Center staff, and volunteers. You’ve proved that new teams can be successful quickly while working on serving the community together. I am looking forward to the coming events and seeing how far we can go together. Keep up the good work!
