The Mecca Center Elections Committee is pleased to announce that Elections will be held for four vacancies on the Mecca Center Board for a term of three years during the General Assembly meeting at 6pm on Friday, November 2, 2018. Nomination by Members will be conducted by mail and the nomination deadline is October 26. Qualified candidates will be introduced at Community Night on November 1 at 6pm to provide a briefing on their background and vision for the future of Mecca Center. While the election on November 2 is by a secret ballot, nomination is a public process.
