The Mecca Center is working in conjunction with the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), Council of Islamic Organizations of Greater Chicago (CIOGC), and our other community partners to host a Covid-19 vaccine event. 

Please fill out our pre-registration form if you would like to be added to our list to receive a vaccine. Please submit a separate form for each member of your household who would like to register.
