It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of our dearly beloved community member and sister, Mrs. Mehr Unnisa Paya, mother of The Mecca Center’s lead engineer, Anis Paya.

The Mecca Center offers prayers and condolences to the bereaved family of our dear sister, Mrs. Mehr Unnisa Paya.

May Allah SWT have mercy on her and grant her the highest level of Jannah, insha’Allah.

Salah al Janaza will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at Islamic Foundation South (IFS) located at 300 Highridge Road, Villa Park, IL after the second Dhuhr salah at 1:30 pm.

Burial will take place at Chapel Hill Gardens (Al Fatiha section) located at 17W201 Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
