The Mecca Quran Blossoms program recently held a Family Night themed “My Health and Safety,” which allowed children to learn important safety tips while having fun with crafts and activities.

The event included a fire safety tips presentation by the fire department as well as an exciting tour of their fire truck. The Willowbrook Fire Department also brought gifts for the children including fire hats and frisbees. An officer from our local police department also offered tips on how to stay safe and help others stay safe as well.

The Mecca Center and Quran Blossoms program thank Willowbrook Fire Department and Police Department for joining us in offering an educational event for our children and community.
